Daydra Management Welcomes Sales & Marketing Director

DeDe Belz is a welcomed addition to our ever-growing team here at Daydra Management. DeDe brings with her over 30 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. With her extensive knowledge and background in the construction industry, DeDe is continually looking at the big picture. She strives to go above and beyond her client's needs at all times.

Growing up with a father who was a foreman, DeDe fell in love with the work and being part of the construction process. Her passion for this industry shows in what she has achieved and continues to accomplish. From her work at many of the top-performing Builders such as Oakdale, Hampton Homes, Lions Gate, Ryland, Standard Pacific, Grand Homes, D.R. Horton, and more throughout the DFW area, DeDe has been responsible for Sales and Marketing for literally thousands of new homes. She has successfully managed large sales teams while maintaining a high margin return and many satisfied clients!

When it comes to DeDe's personal life, it’s the positivity that stems from her close-knit family that keeps her motivated, she is happily married to her husband David for 12 years, and they have four children and nine grandchildren. Free time is primarily spent with family, traveling with her husband, and working on the family farm. When she's not spending time with family, she is hard at work for her clients. Maintaining close relationships with those she has worked with in the past is also very important.

DeDe has her work cut out for her at Daydra Management and has many big plans for what lies ahead. She says “I am going to develop a strong and large sales team with excellent working knowledge of our products”, servicing her clients as well as the community. All bases are covered with Kim Lanz heading up Commercial and now DeDe covering all of the Residential Sales and Marketing, Daydra Management will become a force to be reckoned with. They both have big plans for our future!
