Daydra Management Welcomes Entitlement Director: Chuck Branch

Chuck Branch is an amazing addition to our fast-growing team here at Daydra Management. He brings with him years of experience in working with all levels of Government and Political entities.

He worked in the mortgage banking and lending industry for 11 years. In that time he was an accountant, underwriter, loan officer, and account manager. He owned a company that served individuals with disabilities, where they received job coaching and mentoring. He also has worked in commercial real estate. With his background in accounting, mortgage, finance, and as a business owner, he comes loaded with knowledge.

He recently served on the McKinney City Council, Economic Development Corporation, Vice Chair of Public Transportation Board, and as the McKinney Airport Board Chairman. Chuck is always thinking about the bigger picture and has many plans for Daydra Management. He says “I am going to help streamline development by building relationships with municipal and other government agencies.” He also plans to assist with permitting, zoning approvals, assisting with developing and building our commercial and residential sales team. Lastly, he is going to introduce partners to our company and line of services to help them grow their portfolios.

Chuck is extremely dedicated to his work and his family. He has been married for 19 years and has 4 children. When he isn’t working, you can find him spending time with his family. He loves to read, study new subjects, and work out. He says “I really enjoy getting out and meeting people and mentoring them to their fullest potential”. Chuck is constantly coming up with ways to help in improving Daydra Management and he is excited about the future!
